The camera is specifically designed to be mounted on the transom of boats (usually next to the transducer) providing a strategic and unobtrusive vantage point for underwater observation. Its compact and sleek design ensures minimal drag and interference with the boat's performance, as well as no need to drill any compromising thru-hull fittings.
