Scupper Flapper Repair KitThe flapper scupper repair kit should take care of any flapper replacement job. The traditional flapper scuppers use molded rubber flappers that curl and deform over time, requiring replacement to prevent leaking. Our flappers are not rubber, but are molded of a thermoplastic elastomer that is resistant to UV and the elements, so they do not curl like the rubber flappers.Repairs most scuppers with flappers, regardless of manufacturer.Kit Contains: All parts needed to repair 2 scuppers of a given size. Each kit contains 2 each of: 1-5/8" flappers, 1-7/8" flappers, and all necessary keepers and fasteners.
90-Degree Cockpit Scupper Drain - WhiteThis cockpit scupper drain is an affordable and durable solution for draining areas below the waterline. Made from high-strength, UV-stabilized polymer, it features a check ball for effective sealing against reverse water flow and an optional leaf guard to prevent clogging.This cockpit scupper drain provides an inexpensive alternative to items currently available for draining areas where the discharge is below the waterline. This injection-molded part is high-strength and UV-stabilized to provide value and durability. The check ball contained inside the cockpit scupper drain is molded and then ground smooth and round to provide better sealing against reverse water flow that occurs when backing the boat. The leaf guard model has raised ribs on the head to prevent debris (leaves, scales, etc.) from clogging holes.The overall diameter of the mounting flange is 3 9/16". The cockpit scupper drain requires a 2 1/2" diameter hole for installation and mounts with four (4) number 8 screws (not furnished). The top of the cockpit scupper drain is removable for cleaning. The Flow Max Scupper only comes with one screw. The screws that screw it to the boat do not come with it. They will be different for every boat depending on the hull thickness but you will need a flat head screw. Screw included is a #4 x 1/4" Phillips Pan Head Stainless Steel Screw.
